The new company website is an example of a successful digitalization project based on a friendly e-commerce customer experience, focused both in B2C e-commerce and Vittoria’s brand identity communication.

During the collaboration, Reply took care the implementation of the solution on Shopify Plus and of all integrations between the platform and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP Microsoft-Based), the SEO and the Analytics requirements.

Reply also supported Vittoria during the entire project lifecycle, from discovery analysis to developments, from the project coordination to the go-live of the solution passing through the migration from the old Adobe Commerce Portal to the new Shopify Plus solution.

The implemented solution has allowed Vittoria to have a highly performing, fast, and user-friendly website, with fresh editorial content and an easily scalable and intuitive e-commerce process management.
